В результате такой компиляции карта будет не до конца оптимизирована, могут возникнуть сбои или некорректная работа каких-либо объектов на карте. Но иногда без параметра -fast компилятор не может завершить свою работу (зависает, долго компилирует), это связано с плохой оптимизацией карты
